The Role: What will you do?

As a Technology Management Consultant within Tech Advisory & IT Management, you work at the intersection of business and technology, helping clients structure and execute their IT initiatives. Your assignments will involve:

• IT Strategy & Enterprise Architecture: Supporting clients in technology direction, investment priorities, and portfolio decisions. Helping translate business goals into future-state architecture for business-critical applications.

• Governance, Operating Model & Sourcing: Helping clients design the structures that make technology delivery work, from IT governance frameworks and risk management to operating model design, vendor strategy, and FinOps.

• Project & Program Management: Leading and coordinating IT projects and workstreams, managing teams, tracking delivery, and ensuring strategic intent translates into execution reality.

• Internal Contribution: Actively contributing to Eidra's business development, mentoring junior colleagues, and developing our competency pool.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably within a consultancy setting, across IT project management or technology transformation, in roles such as IT Consultant, Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Solution Architect.

• Is driven by a passion for translating technology strategy into measurable business outcomes.

• Has experience leading and coordinating IT initiatives and cross-functional project teams.

• Is a collaborative team player who creates structure, clarity, and momentum in delivery.

• Communicates complex technical concepts clearly to both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Required Competencies

• IT Domain Knowledge: Working knowledge across at least two of Eidra's five IT management domains: IT Strategy & Portfolio, Enterprise Architecture & Data, Operating Model & Workforce, Governance Risk & Trust, or Sourcing & FinOps.

• System & Architecture Experience: Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms and business-critical systems (e.g. ERP, CRM, modern data stacks, proprietary solutions), combined with a foundational understanding of integration patterns and cloud architecture.

• Strategic AI: A solid understanding of how to utilize and integrate AI tools and technologies in core business processes and systems.

• Collaborative Mindset: A collaborative and open approach, with a genuine commitment to continuous development, team building, and long-term client relationships.

• Analytical Drive: A critical-thinking mindset with the ability to identify bottlenecks and opportunities, and translate complexity into clear, actionable recommendations.

• Language: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
