The Role: What will you do?

As a Senior Technology Management Consultant within Tech Advisory & IT Management, you are the client's trusted advisor and the driving force behind strategic IT initiatives. Your assignments will involve:

• IT Strategy & Enterprise Architecture: Advising clients on technology direction, investment priorities, and portfolio decisions. Ensuring that future-state architecture for business-critical applications is in line with business goals & strategy.

• Governance, Operating Model & Sourcing: Helping clients design the structures that make technology delivery work. From IT governance frameworks and risk management to operating model redesign, team topology, vendor strategy, and FinOps.

• CxO-Level Program & Project Management: Leading large-scale, complex IT transformation programs. Engaging with C-suite, ensuring strategic intent translates into delivery reality.

• Internal Leadership: Actively contributing to Umain’s business development, mentoring junior colleagues, and developing our competency pool.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably within a consultancy setting, across IT strategy or technology transformation, in roles such as CIO, CTO, Technology leadership, IT Management Consultant, Program Manager.

• Is driven by a deep passion for transforming technology strategy into measurable business outcomes.

• Has a documented ability to lead and execute large-scale IT change initiatives across various industries.

• Is a natural leader who creates an inclusive and results-focused team environment.

• Has an exceptional ability to structure and communicate complex technical and architectural concepts to both engineering teams and executive stakeholders.

Required Competencies

• IT Domain Knowledge: Deep expertise across at least two of Eidra's five IT management domains: IT Strategy & Portfolio, Enterprise Architecture & Data, Operating Model & Workforce, Governance Risk & Trust, or Sourcing & FinOps.

• System & Architecture Experience: Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms and business-critical systems (e.g. ERP, CRM, modern data stacks, proprietary and custom-built solutions), combined with an understanding of integration patterns, platform design, and cloud architecture.

• Strategic AI: Solid understanding of how to utilize and integrate AI tools and technologies in core business processes and systems to reap the benefits of modern technological innovations.

• Collaborative Mindset: A collaborative and open approach, with a genuine commitment to continuous development, team building, and long-term client relationships.

• Analytical Drive: A critical-thinking mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture, quickly identify bottlenecks and opportunities, and translate complexity into clear recommendations.

• Language: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
